Multifaith Perspectives in Canadian Spiritual & Religious Care
CMF National Survey 2019
Hello friends and supporters of CMF!
Canadian Multifaith Federation (CMF), formerly Ontario Multifaith Council (OMC), is now a national Multifaith organization with experience and expertise in spiritual & religious care (chaplaincy). To serve Canadians more effectively, we need your assistance.
The goal of this survey is to gather specific information towards planning effective spiritual care (chaplaincy). We are pleased to be in the role of helping develop a stronger spiritual care foundation within our communities.
To honour your time, this survey is kept short and will only take about 5 minutes to complete.
Note: The survey is anonymous. However, if you would like to be contacted for any additional input, please answer the last question (i.e.., your name, contact and email address). In any case, the results of this survey will remain anonymous.
CMF National Survey 2019 is now live, and will remain open until 6 p.m. on Feb 20, 2019:
